Grindr’s New Right Now Feature Brings a Spicy Live Feed to the Hookup App

Grindr has introduced a new feature called Right Now, which functions as a social media-like live feed. This feature, now available to all users after a pilot test, displays a stream of recent posts that can include both text and photos, similar to X/Twitter. Posts disappear after an hour, and users can indicate if they are looking to host. Initially, users in certain locations will receive free hour-long sessions, with plans to offer more sessions for purchase in the future. The feature aims to help users find connections more quickly and efficiently. Grindr’s CEO, George Arison, emphasized the company’s focus on integrating AI deeply into its services to enhance user experience and productivity.
